Session Description:
It's time to differentiate yourself from the rest of the team with the power of web design! This session will give you the basics of design principles and tools to create your own websites. As a learning professional, you'll learn what it takes to create a website, share it with the world, and even create your own professional portfolio with easy-to-use free and paid authoring tools. During the session, you'll learn the core languages of web design, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; understand the key elements to design a website and make it public; know what website tools are available from web hosting providers, such as Adobe Portfolio,, Weebly, and WebSelf; and tricks to build your site from scratch.
